Delete your account and data
You can ask us to delete your account and the personal data associated with it at any time.
How to request
Email support@womiin.com from the email address registered to your account, with "Delete my account" in the subject line. Requesting from your account email lets us confirm the request is yours. If you are signed in with a password, you can also delete your account directly in the app (Settings → Account); email remains the way to request deletion for social-login or signed-out accounts.
What we delete
Your account and the personal data we hold about you — your profile, your missions and saved properties, your notes and preferences. Any active subscription is cancelled as part of the process.
What we keep
Invoices and related billing records are retained for the period required by law. Aggregated, de-identified market data derived from platform activity is not linked to you and is kept so the womiin Score and market statistics stay meaningful — it cannot be used to identify you.
When
We action verified requests within 30 days, in line with the GDPR right to erasure (Article 17).
